Why inspect a property?

An inspection should be first on your list whenever you wish to purchase property. The inspection is a comprehensive and systamatic examination and evaluation of the property structure and systems. A minimum of 3 hours is usually necessary for the inspection and I will be there for every minute to make sure that am aware of any severe defects that could affect the "purchase" price of the home. At this point in the real estate transaction, the price is still negotiable.

I have used Greg several times in the past. He does an outstanding job. He communicates with the new home buyer the entire time he is inspecting. He tells the home buyer what to watch for in the future and offers suggestions on how to fix any minor issues that arise from his inspection.
